The service

Solution Advisor is a hosted subscription service. You configure an advisor and install it on your website using an embed snippet. The engine remains hosted by us; no source code or engine is distributed.

Trial and billing

New workspaces include a 14-day trial. The requested paid plans support monthly or annual billing in USD; annual prices are charged once per year. Live payments are not enabled. If a payment fails, your advisor continues serving visitors for a 7-day grace period before being paused; access resumes after verified payment confirmation. Owners and admins manage plan changes and cancellation from Plan & billing once payments are configured.

Your content

You own the catalog, knowledge and conversation data in your workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your advisor presents to your visitors.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to mislead consumers, to process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, or to place the advisor on a website you do not control.
