Legal
Privacy notice
Draft pending legal review. The summary below describes how the platform actually works today; the final wording will be confirmed before general availability.
What we store
For customers: account email, name, organization details, advisor configuration, catalog content and subscription state. For website visitors using a customer's advisor: the answers given during the conversation, the recommendations produced and the contact details the visitor chooses to submit.
Who can see it
Conversation and lead data belongs to the organization whose advisor produced it. Database access rules prevent one organization from reading another's data. Customer content is scoped to its own workspace. The final notice must confirm all data-use commitments.
Retention and deletion
A self-service workspace deletion flow is not available yet. Retention periods, request handling, and the privacy contact must be confirmed in the legally approved notice before launch; no deletion-response deadline is currently promised.
Sub-processors
We use cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and a payment processor for subscriptions. A published sub-processor list will accompany the final version of this notice.
